Lesson 7: Prepositions: Ki, ʻI, and Mei

With ʻi (at, in) already in place, this lesson adds ki (to, toward) and mei (from), forming a complete set of three prepositions. The lesson also covers how these prepositions change form, and introduces ai, a particle that substitutes for the noun in a prepositional phrase.

These three prepositions form a natural set: where you are (ʻi), where you are going (ki), and where you came from (mei).
